A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies to all orders delivered anywhere in India.

Most of our products are designed to be gentle. However, individual skin varies. We recommend doing a small patch test before first use. If you have specific sensitivities, check the ingredients list or reach out.

No. We are cruelty-free. We do not conduct or commission animal testing on any of our products or ingredients.

Shelf life varies by product and is printed on the packaging. In general, our products are formulated to remain effective for 12–24 months from the manufacturing date when stored properly.

Yes. We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Products returned due to a quality defect or delivery damage are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of usage.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
